Johanna Faust, a mixed race Jew, prefers to publish pseudonymously. She is committed: first, to preventing war, ecological disaster, and nuclear apocalypse; last to not only fighting for personal privacy & the freedom of information, but, by representing herself as a soldier in that fight, to exhorting others to do the same. She is a poet, always. All these efforts find representation here: "ah, Mephistophelis" is so named after the last line of Christopher Marlowe's Dr. Faustus, whose heretical success flouted the censor for a time.

  3. The minute this happens in any US city, you will see a combined front of ALL law enforcement departments, courts, and quasi legal 'security services' providers, versus the communities they are HIRED TO PROTECT AND SERVE. NOT TICKET AND HARASS. They KNOW what they have been doing, if you think for one second that a solid plan for this has not been crafted by them for just this scenario, you would be sadly mistaken.

They will no longer follow up on ANY actual crime, and they will treat each and every fellow citizen as guilty until proven innocent of petty and ridiculous charges, often FABRICATED. They will allow murder, rape, and theft to run rampant. Then they will say "See, look how we protected you...." And the judges will back this up in what are now referred to as 'courts of law' , which will in reality be nothing more than the hanging courts of the old West(if kangaroo courts is what they are now, imagine what they will be like when any true resistance is enacted). So be careful what you wish for. And don't spout off about it until you are ready to actually back up the tall talk.

You should be talking to your friends and family about how this next revolution should be carried out. You should be drafting up peace offers with contingencies and rules that specify how both law enforcement and community oversight of that law enforcement apparatus will be handled. Expectations should be clearly spelled out, and once they have been finalized BY THE COMMUNITY, they should be implemented to prevent the unnecessary bloodshed from occurring.

  4. The great American population are cowards. They only have the guts to murder civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan or Pakistan or torture handcuffed people. For that the "great" Americans claim heroism.

Meanwhile the USA has become a concentration camp.

    ReplyDelete
  5. The 'great Americans' are content being molested and photographed nude at home while they rape, steal and murder in other countries.

This scene out here will never happen in the US.

  6. This sort of thing occasionally happens here. I forget the name, but there was a black gentleman who killed several police officers in the late '80s, was arrested, acquitted, harassed by the police, and crippled the bastards a second time. I have been at anti-war protests and have witnessed the police being chased away. It happens everywhere. And they already treat us as guilty, so you may as well step up to the plate. The US of Israel and its police are our enemies. We have their names and numbers. They out-gun us, is all.

  9. It's been quite a while since "law-enforcement" actually had anything to do with benefitting the public. Cops nowadays are just military-grade weapons carrying, punitive-tax-assessing, government gangbangers hiding behind a "law-enforcement" badge.

But do they really effectively deal with crime? As it seems, they'd rather stake out the local neighborhood grocery store looking for the chance to pass out seat belt tickets to people who aren't doing over 15 miles an hour.

As a related note ... did you know that just about as many people die form wearing seatbelts as are allegedly saved by them?

    http://www.opednews.com/articles/Government-Survey-Reveals--by-Martin-Hill-080608-450.html

You see, the government has a very good reason for NOT keeping records on how many people regularly die in auto accidents from seat belt-related injuries.

Indeed, while the government has reams of propaganda "proving" how seat belts "save lives," virtually none relating exactly how many people die from using a seat belt during an accident are available. Last year, there were 42,636 auto accident deaths in the United States. OF THOSE, it is popularly claimed that around one quarter "could have been saved" if they only had worn their seat belt.

However, ANY seat belt study that does not also include any facts about how many people have also died from (ostensibly proper) seat belt use as a "negative effect" regarding the safety factor of seat belts is -- fundamentally -- a fraud.

It is important to note that no popular government study on seat belt usage plainly relates any statistics establishing exactly how many people died in the United States because they were using seat belts.

The primary purpose of seat belt laws is not to save lives, but instead, is to produce extensive volumes of punitively assessed, revenue enhancement. That the government is forcing the driving public to potentially sacrifice their lives in order to finance some government gamble that they will will survive a seat belt injury plainly reveals the sham of "freedom" in America.

  13. its been happening all over the u.s . most people choose to keep a blind eye to the situation because the idea that all they know about liberty justice and the pursuit of happiness is just huge lie to make us feel like were in control. the truth is America has been bought and paid for by the greedy corporations and this happend some time ago i was born in 69 and i believe since ive been here its unreal what they teach you in school , they wont care about us Americans at all. they essentially use the world bank ,fed res, to economically enslave Americans and other countries ,using economic Hit men . and fear and sometimes death to make them conform to the new world order , and all the while telling us lies about a monotary system that inherintly is flawed and can never sustain a civilization that uses interest ,and inflation to create higher inflation. this world has gotten so messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im disgusted with the american higherarchy . share the wealth you greedy #$%@##$ . go ahead let it crash let the ppl revolt the government will find out true americans will defend ourselves with our last bit of blood... death to the zionist illuminatie that control all aspects of the u.s.a mark my words we are prepared for nwo so ppl wake up and get prepared ,, love to all real americans, my Hero is Andrew Jackson,
who stoped the fed res in its tracks , i wish all our presidents could be like him. but thats an impossibility now since the elected officials are put there by the rulers of our nation, including isreal major corps fed gov........The People Shall Rise Again!! to make this land of the people by the people and for the people ,,, not the corporations or who has the most money which was fake to begin with. then we can all celebrate ,

  15. so the cops ended up being treated the same way as what the people abhorred seeing the cops do to that guy. Pulling the cops away from the so-called "perp" and letting the "perp" go would have been sweet justice enough. Not allowing the cops to chase and re-catch the "perp" would have been enough. But to pulverize and beat the cops was flat out wrong. If that's how we as human beings are going to react to wrongdoings, then "we the people" will certainly never win. "We the people" will only make matters worse. That whole "eye for an eye" thing is bogus.

  16. This is crap. I watched it before and still dislike it, not because of what happened but because who it happened to. The prick who actually used the baton gets away. If you watch from around the 30 second mark, keep an eye on the prick who is being overly aggressive, he chips and gets away with it.
Its pointless if you let the real bad guys get away and pick off whoever is left.
Still I'm sure those cops learnt a valuable lesson.

  17. i hate violence of any form.
they could easily have restrained the cops and performed a citizens arrest.

  18. Thug cops in the EU and the US, yet another violation of our rights. Add it to the list of gov’t violations of our right:
They violate the 1st Amendment by placing protesters in cages, banning books like “America Deceived II” and censoring the internet.
They violate the 2nd Amendment by confiscating guns.
They violate the 4th and 5th Amendment by molesting airline passengers.
They violate the entire Constitution by starting undeclared wars for foreign countries.
Impeach Obama and sweep out the Congress, except Ron Paul.

  19. Ridiculous. We are so hungry for the revolution that we see it even where it doesn't exist. This isn't a case of people coming to the rescue of a man being beaten by the cops. Its just an excuse for soccer fans to riot. I'm glad people are at least able to (in a mob) get over the conditioning, but a bunch of half-drunk soccer fans does not a revolution make. Hope the people of the USA can do better!

  20. I hate to break it to everyone who naively thinks that there is to be some sort of "non-violent" solution to this messs. That is childish in the extreme. Just look throughout history and tell me ONCE when non violence was ever used to change despotic thuggery. You cant, that's when it happened, never.
So stop talking down to people who know what time it is anonymous coward #3. Does their contingency plan scare you and your lil pink panties? Yer mangina hurt at the thought of taking your country back. Pffh. pathetic coward. Yeah you go ahead and make yer phony liasions with the thugs. Im sure they are on the same page as us. 22. I have to say when the schit hits the fan it will be the farmers, the country music loving earth people who will lead the resistance, for they always have. I live in farm country as well as native country no one loves this country more than they do...Americans are lazy they are largely the rejects of Europe but thankfully there are those that are intensely loyal. Never count out the freedom loving Americans. WE are the ONLY nation in the world that has the arms to protect ourselves...you guys gave yours up we hold onto them.

  23. The NHTSA does publish data on deaths in accidents where seat belts are not worn. If you calculate the probability of death per million miles driven, the rate for no seat belts is about six times higher than the rate for seat belts.

Of course, drivers who wear seat belts are arguably more "safety conscious" than those who do no wear them and that may account for some or all of the statistical difference. It would be interesting to look at correlation with the number of moving violations in the past five years.

Anyway, what is more interesting is the graph shown here:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transportation_safety_in_the_United_States

This shows that the US fatal automobile accident rate has declined at an almost constant rate since 1920. A slight decrease after WWII but went right back up to the same rate of decline as before. This shows no reduction that might be attributable to an increase in seat belt use from zero in 1920 to ~85 percent today.

A similar graph for deaths due to influenza shows no change in the rate of decline due to the introduction of widespread vaccination. Something to think about.

Personally, I object to mandatory seat belt laws and vaccination for any number of reasons.

  24. Did that cop actually think that before a crowd of thousands of soccer fans, many probably under the influence of alcohol, no one would object to the hitting of this "streaker" while he was being held down by three other cops? This certainly says something about this cop's intelligence. Get the guy off the field and out of public sight and then beat him up! These cops need to read an American police manual! (just kidding of course!)

  27. Hey Anonymous 4:51 am, it's your pink panties in a bundle. If you took the time to read and comprehend what I wrote you would have seen that what I advocate are PEACE TREATIES, which follow bloodshed. I want it minimized, because I KNOW it will be bloody.

You, however, seem content to minimize the message. Let me clarify it for you, as you are obviously just another simpleton masking cowardice with false bravado and weak insults: PREPARE FOR IT. We outnumber law enforcement 10,000's to one. We are NOT outgunned. We are NOT powerless. We are as a collective, however, so fully self absorbed (look in the mirror nancy-boy), that we cannot unite correctly at this time. When it starts, it is going to cost both sides heavily. It is going to be very bloody, and very brutal. The only possible outcome will be the surrender or elimination of those vastly outnumbered law enforcement units. It will NOT, however, be a walk in the park. Civil war never is, no matter how effective Hollywood brainwashing has been on you.

I, for one, advocate the respect warriors owe each other. You have no concept of what that is. I descend from a long line of proud and powerful warriors, you seem to have been propagated from a long line of mongrel cowards.

I wonder why? Is it that you really are one we will NOT be able to count on? That you are in fact a loud mouthed sissy who will hide behind momma's skirt and jump out all brave and hard after WE do the fighting and the dieing?

I have no love for cops, but I also know and recognize that they are my fellow citizens, and as such deserve the offer of peace in the face of overwhelming numbers, following the conflagration. Because it is people like YOU, who will need to be handled in the chaos that follows the start of the big bloody changes. You black friday shopping masses will be the animals, willing to commit any crime to get what you want during the time of chaos and anarchy.

See, you cannot bring anything valuable to the table, merely simple, ineffectual insults to mask your cowardly nature. Go back to your beer and chips, enjoy the super bowl. Go back to sleep, because you are only partially awake, and you will be of no use in the future.

  34. so ignore the above and here goes.

Greetings, Gentle Readers! What now, a conversation, in the flesh! Thank you -- and I shall respond to your comments specifically:

◆ Anon-("About Time!"): When condoning violence in such unqualified terms, kindly refrain from the implication that I am to be categorized under the label with which you identify. Just to be on the safe side: always a polite and friendly initial strategy if one does not ever want any human relationship to end violently. Ever. EVER. Ever. EVER.

    ReplyDelete
  35. ◆ Anon-("That was sweet!") You are why I had to post this as fast as my poor slow lil' machine could process it. Get a pretty bottle, put an aromatic spice or bit of potpourri or citrus peel in it, recall that warm feeling, take a deep breath, exhale into the bottle, and seal it for one day when you will need it....

    ReplyDelete
  36. ◆ Anon-("The minute this happens...") You are on the right track, doubtless. Think ahead. I should put my pdfs online.... for now see this http://femalefaust.blogspot.com/2010/12/update-power-point-presentation-reveals.html post. If you want. Keep up whatever you've been doing; there will be too few of you when the time comes....

I would like to get clarification on one point, though. You say (and I cannot agree with you more -- PEOPLE, pay attention, THIS IS CRUCIAL :

"...You should be drafting up peace offers with contingencies and rules that specify how both law enforcement and community oversight of that law enforcement apparatus will be handled. Expectations should be clearly spelled out, and once they have been finalized BY THE COMMUNITY, they should be implemented to prevent the unnecessary bloodshed from occurring."

How is this consensus reached? Is it a method that the people involved will already be familiar with? If not, one has to take into account that it will likely take way, way longer than is convenient......

    ReplyDelete
  37. ◆ Anon-("The great American population are cowards.") I beg to differ -- we have never had war visit us here; it is unfortunate that we act like asses but we have been manufactured to do so. What we as a human race need to realize is that EVERY one and ANY one of us is equivalent to any other one; there are no good people and bad people. What we do to someone in a foreign country we are condoning done to ourselves. Why is that so very difficult to understand? I thought it was one of the most fundamental things about consciousness....

As far as 'This scene out here will never happen in the US,' well, with all due respect, I do believe you do not give us enough credit. I could be wrong... but I don't think so. I've a theory -- developed pre-Colbert-White-House-Press-Corresspondent's-Dinner-Speech, that the weak American, the stupid American, is a product of the media, a manufactured consent; and never in actuality existed. At least never as the majority, the silent approving great unwashed majority, that they certainly wanted it to look like, when in fact...

a certain scene from the movie "V" comes to mind, near the end, when crowd and crowd control finally intersect, and an outcome occurs which is only surprising because years of tyranny had forced us to forget about it long ago...

The state of human society at this time is not logical or natural, is not efficient, and cannot last. Good wins the War in Heaven because there is only one side, after all. I have some surprising news for the Devil in this regard: perhaps one day soon I'll have the wit and opportunity to inform him.

    ReplyDelete
  38. ◆ Anon-("This sort of thing occasionally happens here"): EXACTLY. It just doesn't make the media. TAKE NOTE, PEOPLE!!

◆ To My Dear Comrade, the Anonymous who obviously didn't feel the least bit sorry when "All You Need Is Love" started playing:

Dem bones, dem bones go-nnna... walk a--ro-und, .......dem bones dem bones gon-na... walk a--ro-und, Dem bones dem bones gonna walk around, Now here da Word o' Da Lawd!

    ReplyDelete
  39. ◆ Anon ("We the People") ..... of... the... United?

◆ Anon ("It's been quite a while since "law-enforcement" actually had anything to do with benefitting the public"): This is a situation best addressed by better engineering. A seat belt that would detatch under the proper circumstances would leave naked and flapping the hypocriticdal, unethical and greedy asses that you have so helpfully uncovered for the class. Thank you for your presentation; you pass with flying colors, as usual. (a smile emoticon would be fitting here.... an' twere my fashion...)

◆ Anon("You'll get your ass chewed up by dogs"): See argument above, with perhaps the additional advice to invest in and carry around some distractingly delicious doggy desserts .... or at least, to have an equally serviceable alternate strategy..... I used to be afrad of dogs, because they used to act as if they wanedt to tear me to pieces, on sight....

    Don't theorize, visualize!

Sigh. That's all for now; I have a gorgeous man to make love to. Gentle Readers will forgive me if I choose to give him precedence over responding to all of you, despite how happpy I am at the prospect. I may or may not possess more amazing powers of observation when I return.

    Be seeing you.
